SHIRA CAPLAN
Shira is a South Florida native, born and raised in Palm Beach County. Shira's passion for all things creative has been a defining characteristic of who she is for as long as she can remember. From a young age, Shira was rearranging furniture with her mom around the house. She attended Alexander W. Dreyfoos Jr. School of the Arts for Visual Design and moved to NYC to attend NYU to study Art History. After graduation, Shira developed her professional skills in a myriad of colorful jobs in the city, that eventually led her to start her own Interior design studio in 2016. Now living the sunny life with her Graphic Designer husband, Jonathan, and their two kids in her hometown of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
SARA RICCI
Sara grew up in Sweden where she gained her love for architecture and interior design. After moving to the United States in 2002, she studied architectural interior design at Santa Monica College. While pursuing her degree, Sara honed her managerial skills working for high-profile celebrities as a house manager. Sara’s portfolio includes homes in Los Angeles, Newport, RI, and West Palm Beach, FL, as well as clothing boutiques in Florida and Southampton, NY. Before starting Studio Ett Hem with Shira, Sara worked as Lead Designer for a local design firm in Jupiter, FL. Sara now resides in the SoSo area of West Palm Beach with her two children and husband, Max.
